Provisional text. It describes the contact form in this version and is not an approved policy, including with Quebec’s Law 25 in mind.
Contact form
The form asks for a name, an email address, an organization where relevant, the request type, the message, the language of the page, and consent.
This information is used to respond to the request. It is sent by email to a mailbox of ALTERVEA Inc. This version does not store it in a database and does not automatically send a copy to the person who wrote.
The IP address may be kept in memory long enough to apply a rate limit. It is not written to a log together with the message or the contact details.
This form adds no account, no analytics, and no tracking cookie.
What still needs approval
The publishable policy still has to state how long messages remain in the mailbox, the rights of individuals, the contact for the person responsible, and the roles of the host and the email service. This text is not that policy.
